2 capsules, twice a day, provide 40 mg of ellagitannin COMPLEX equivalent to the amount found in 1 cup of fresh red Meeker raspberries.

Each 500 mg capsule contains:
Meeker Raspberry Seed Powder with Raspberry fruit extract for color. 4 (500 mg) capsules taken daily deliver the recommended amounts of Ellagitannins which convert to Ellagic Acid when consumed.
