US and Canadian Orders Only. You can use our website to figure the exact total of your order. Simply go through the ordering process pick the shipping method and get the total. You can print this page and use it as an order form. If you pay by check and it is returned there will be a $25 NSF fee applied.

Domestic Shipping:
Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed before you finalize your order. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. This service is approximately $8.95.

Orders that come in before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday and shipped same day. Orders are shipped either from California or Indiana.

On occasion there is a manufacturer or distributor back order on a product that is beyond our control. If this is the case and you have ordered more than one item, we will hold your order until it is ready for delivery. In the event that an item you have ordered will take us longer than 7 days to obtain, we will notify you by email. If you need a product right away, and cannot wait for the whole order to be shipped together, let us know by e-mail and we will get your order to you when you want it. If you request to receive a domestic or international order in partial shipments, you will be responsible for the cost of each shipment.

International Shipping:

We ship international orders via US First Class Mail and it takes approximately 7-14 Days. This is a very economical way to ship internationally and costs approximately $12.99 on most orders.

We do ship to APO addresses

Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. We are unable to ship health supplements to Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon, Russia, South Africa.

If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form.
