Domestic Shipping:
Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed before you finalize your order. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. This service is approximately $8.95.
Orders that come in before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday and shipped same day. Orders are shipped either from California or Indiana.
On occasion there is a manufacturer or distributor back order on a product that is beyond our control. If this is the case and you have ordered more than one item, we will hold your order until it is ready for delivery. In the event that an item you have ordered will take us longer than 7 days to obtain, we will notify you by email. If you need a product right away, and cannot wait for the whole order to be shipped together, let us know by e-mail and we will get your order to you when you want it. If you request to receive a domestic or international order in partial shipments, you will be responsible for the cost of each shipment.
